Coaches Seminars & Education 2025/26
WSA is excited to bring new personal development opportunities to softball coaches in our competition environment who are eager to invest in their skills and lasting impacts as coaches!
How might this benefit you?
1. Network - chance to meet like-minded peers coaching at a similar level, broaden coach connections and learn from each other.
2. Fresh thinking - the workshops provide many useful ideas to enhance coaching delivery and content.
3. Flexible format – we aim to provide both in-person interactive sessions, as well as online sessions easily accessed from the comfort of home!
4. Zero cost - free to invited coaches.
These sessions will be aimed at providing coaches information, ideas, and encourage connection and discussion around different topics of our game.

Recovery strategies: sleep, stretching, mobility, strength
Injury prevention & safe return-to-play practices
Game-day management: lineups, substitutions, and keeping athletes engaged
