U13/U15 REPRESENTATIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
INFORMATION

The Wellington U13/U15 Representative Development Programme is aimed at giving representitive trialists, players, and those interested in utilizing additional training opportunities, high-caliber coaching resources, and consistent skill-driven training. The program is catered to athletes that are self-driven and interested in attending opportunities that will better them individually, fundamentally, and athletically. We aim to provide our athletes with training resources that will develop and prepare them to compete on a national stage with improved skillsets and confidence.

The program provides skill-driven learning opportunities to athletes looking to learn game-ready skills in addition to their club trainings. This year, the programme will be hosted on multiple Sundays throughout the season in rotating Hubs (Ngati Toa, Kapiti, Miramar). All players are welcome to join the programme even without putting their name forward for tournament selection.

Athletes can attend all sessions or just the ones in their hub for easy travel. Keep in mind if your athlete wants to make the selected travel representative squad, it is best to attend as many sessions as possible since there will not be "trials" and the team will be determined over time. Selections for the teams will be made before the Christmas break.  Only athletes who make the travelling representative team will be required to pay the levy.
